Carlos Jardim has served as Board Member in the Braga Unit since August 1, 2024, and as Vice President within the Bosch Group’s Mobility Electronics division. His key responsibilities include defining and leading organizational strategy, overseeing production and industrialization functions, and holding disciplinary authority over the development teams based in Braga — spanning multiple Bosch divisions such as Cross-Domain Computing and Vehicle Motion.

Since June 1, 2025, Carlos has also represented the President of Bosch Iberia, Javier González Pareja, during his absences.

Carlos holds a degree in Industrial Electronics Engineering from the University of Minho. He joined Bosch in 2001, beginning his career at the Braga plant, where he held leadership roles in production management and industrialization engineering. In 2019, he took on an international assignment in Romania, where he served as Head of Production Operations and Engineering at the Cluj plant.
