QSP – MARKETING MANAGEMENT & RESEARCH, LDA, with the Corporate Identification Number PT 506 901 920, with headquarters at Avenida da Boavista, No. 1167, 4th floor, room 4.5 – 4100-130 Porto, telephone number +(351) 226 108 552, and email geral@qspmarketing.pt, is the Organizer of QSP SUMMIT.

The purchase of tickets for QSP SUMMIT implies the acceptance of the following conditions:

PROGRAMME

1. The Organization reserves the right to change or modify the program if a speaker cancels for reasons unrelated to the event. QSP SUMMIT will replace the speaker within the topic covered and with the quality it has become accustomed to;
2. The content of the presentations is the sole responsibility of the speakers;
3. English > Portuguese and Portuguese > English translation is provided in the Main Stage and Stage A.

ACCESS AND CIRCULATION IN THE EVENT

1. All QSP SUMMIT attendees must check in to access the event. That can be done the day before – at Exponor, Norteshopping, and Rivoli, as indicated by email – or during the event days, at Exponor.
2. To check in, all attendees must present themselves with the confirmation email (printed or digital format) and an identification document (Citizen Card, Passport, Driver’s License, or other valid document);
3. Check-in can only be done by the ticket holder;
4. The wristband and badge provided at check-in are personal and non-transferable. They must be kept for all days of the event. In case of loss or poor conservation of these elements, access will not be renewed, and entry to the event will not be allowed;
5. The wristband and badge must always be visible and ready for verification.

TICKETS

1. Each pass is indivisible and valid for the entire event;
2. The number of entries is limited to the capacity of the Main Stage;
3. The Opening Ceremony is limited to capacity and subject to prior registration.

CANCELLATIONS

1. Cancellations will be accepted without prejudice to attendees (refund of money) up to 1 month before the event.
2. If the ticket is purchased less than 1 month before the event, cancellations will be accepted up to 10 working days before the event.
3. In all other cases, the attendee may replace the ticket holder, as long as they inform the Organization in good time.

CONTENT DISCLOSURE

1. All images and intellectual property rights are reserved. Any filming, recording, or reproduction within the premises is prohibited unless expressly authorized by the Organization;
2. The ticket holder acknowledges that they may appear in images captured at the event by different media for later dissemination of information. In this sense, you are authorizing this use, which will be the responsibility of each media company. The images may appear online, and their dissemination cannot be controlled.
