QSP – MARKETING MANAGEMENT & RESEARCH, LDA, with the Corporate Identification Number PT 506 901 920, with headquarters at Avenida da Boavista, No. 1167, 4th floor, room 4.5 – 4100-130 Porto, telephone number +(351) 226 108 552, and email geral@qspmarketing.pt, is the Organizer of QSP SUMMIT.

By purchasing a ticket for QSP SUMMIT, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

PROGRAM

1. The Organization reserves the right to change or modify the program in the event of a speaker cancellation for reasons beyond its control. In such cases, QSP SUMMIT will ensure the replacement aligns with the original topic and maintains the event’s established quality standards.

2. The content of all presentations is the sole responsibility of the respective speakers.

3. Simultaneous translation (English ↔ Portuguese) will be available in all stages.

ACCESS AND CIRCULATION IN THE EVENT

1. All QSP SUMMIT attendees must complete check-in to gain access to the event. Check-in may be done in advance (at Exponor, NorteShopping, or Palácio da Bolsa, as indicated by email), or during the event days at Exponor.

2. To check in, attendees must present their confirmation email (printed or digital) along with a valid identification document (Citizen Card, Passport, Driver’s License, or equivalent).

3. Check-in is personal and must be completed by the ticket holder.

4. The wristband and badge provided at check-in are personal and non-transferable. They must be retained and worn throughout the entire event. In case of loss or damage, replacements will not be issued, and access to the event will be denied.

5. Wristbands and badges must be worn visibly and presented upon request.

TICKETS

1. Each ticket/pass is personal, indivisible, and valid for all days of the event.

2. Entry to the Main Stage is subject to venue capacity.

3. Attendance at the Opening Ceremony is also limited to venue capacity and requires prior registration.

REFUND POLICIES AND METHODS

1. Refunds will be granted for ticket cancellations made up to 1 month before the event, or within 14 days of purchase.
2. For tickets purchased less than 1 month prior to the event, cancellations with refund will be accepted up to 10 working days before the event.
3. Beyond these deadlines, refunds will no longer be possible; however, attendees may transfer their ticket to another participant, provided the Organization is informed in advance.
4. Refunds will be issued via bank transfer within a maximum of 30 business days after confirmation of eligibility for the refund.

CONTENT DISCLOSURE

1. All images and intellectual property rights are reserved. Filming, recording, or reproduction within the venue is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from the Organization.

2. By attending the event, the ticket holder acknowledges that they may appear in images or footage captured by various media outlets for promotional or informational purposes. The Organization is not responsible for the subsequent use or dissemination of such materials.

DISCLAIMER

QSP SUMMIT reserves the right to cancel or modify any of the above provisions, including the program.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Portuguese law.
The Judicial Court of the District of Porto shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising from the interpretation or application of these Terms and Conditions, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
