QSP SUMMIT is the Most Outstanding Management and Marketing Event in Europe.
Created in 2007, this event was designed to bring together the world’s greatest visionaries and inspire thinkers in various business areas.
Being part of the QSP SUMMIT is diving into knowledge, but mainly into an unforgettable experience. From inspiring sessions with renowned national and international speakers to the exhibition area, QSP SUMMIT offers dynamic learning opportunities, business interactions, and enriching networking moments.
In addition to the main event, QSP SUMMIT also features several side events. The Opening Ceremony, is a solemn ceremony that marks the beginning of another edition; the Sunset Party, which closes the second day with an energizing sunset under the sound of the sea and lounge music. Finally, we also offer a specialized Masterclass for more in-depth learning.

Yes, QSP SUMMIT provides an app where you can access the entire program, event map, exhibitors, participate in sessions, and access the digital kiosk during the event.
You can buy tickets through our online platform. Tickets are not yet available for sale, but you can sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know!

We offer 4 types of tickets: Individual, Corporate, Premium and Masterclass.
All types include full access to the 3 days of the event: Opening Ceremony, Main Stage, Worklabs, Special Sessions, Lab Stage, Sunset Party, Exhibition Area and Food Court.
The difference between the Individual, Corporate, and Premium tickets is the number of accesses each one grants. The Individual ticket provides access to 1 person; the Corporate ticket grants access to 3 people; and the Premium ticket allows access to 10 people.
The Masterclass, as a side event, provides access to the full QSP SUMMIT program, and offers exclusive access to the Masterclass given by a renowned Speaker and Professor to announce. If you need additional information, please check FAQ “WHAT IS THE MASTERCLASS?”.
There is a discount for advance purchase (date to be announced) – Early Bird Tickets. This discount is cumulative with other available discounts.
During all year, you can benefit from the following discounts:
Group Packages: We have ticket packages for 3 (Corporate ticket) or 10 people (Premium ticket), with lower unit prices.
Protocols: If you are a member of an Association or School partner of QSP SUMMIT, you can have an additional discount of 5% on all tickets. You can access the list of all Associations and Schools here.
No, each ticket for QSP SUMMIT is non-transferable and indivisible.

You can ask for the media accreditation by filling out the form.
The final program will only be released 3 months prior to the event. There you will find the information about each session (day, time, duration, stage, topic and speakers) to optimize your participation during the event.
The program can be subject to changes and the Organization does not take responsibility for any delays.
There is simultaneous translation EN>PT and PT>EN available at the Opening Ceremony, Main Stage and Stage A.
The translation device is free of charge. To collect the device please go to the counter identified as “TRANSLATION DEVICES” close to the escalators. In the end of the day, you must return the translation device to the counter.
In the Special Sessions, priority entry is given to session sponsor guests, followed by all other attendees in the event.
Book Signings: at the Exhibition Area (Almedina Booth) there will be specific sessions with the event speakers. These sessions are open to all attendees. Here you can purchase books from the speaker for signing, but you can also bring your own. You can find all the Book Signing sessions as soon as the final program is released.
Worklabs: At the end of each worklab session, there is time for Q&A where all attendees can interact. For that, go the App Event and select “Ask a Question”.
The Opening Ceremony highlights the beginning of QSP SUMMIT with valuable talks and content. In addition to the official opening of the event, the agenda includes 2 distinct sessions with renowned speakers.
Worklabs are sessions held on Stages A-D. These address more specific, practical and sectoral topics that revolve around the event’s central theme. All attendees have access to the Worklabs. Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis and is limited to the capacity of the stage.
Special Sessions are sponsored sessions by different brands co-programmed with QSP SUMMIT, included in the event program. All attendees with access to the event have access to the Special Sessions, limited to the stage capacity.
The Special Sessions take place during the afternoon of the last day of the event.
Lab Stage is one of the event stages, located at the Exhibition Area. At this stage, you can attend multidisciplinary sessions not only for professional purposes but also for personal purposes. As they take place inside the Exhibition Area, attendees are provided with headphones on this stage for better hearing and greater comfort.
These sessions take place during both days. All attendees have access to this stage.
There are several private and paid parking lots close to both the Masterclass (location to be designated) and the Opening Ceremony (location to be designated) .
EXPONOR
Free parking is available at Exponor – B/South Park – for the two days of the event. The parking lot is identified and is limited. Upon arrival, you must collect a ticket and validate it at the exit free of charge.
SUNSET PARTY
Free public parking is available near the Piscina das Marés.
