This text constitutes the Privacy Policy of QSP – MARKETING MANAGEMENT & RESEARCH, LDA, Organizer of QSP SUMMIT, in all its areas of activity, namely Marketing Consultancy and Strategic Planning, Market Research, and Events, ensuring the protection of all personal data transmitted to it.

According to the activity being developed and the purpose of data processing, different data are collected and processed, always with the consent of the Data Subjects.

SUBCONTRACTING

QSP – MARKETING MANAGEMENT & RESEARCH, LDA may transmit the personal data provided to it to third parties for processing purposes. In this situation, QSP – MARKETING MANAGEMENT & RESEARCH, LDA ensures that the subcontractor will respect all obligations arising from legislation on personal data protection.

5. request the deletion of all personal data provided hereby, which are no longer necessary for the performance of any legal obligations by the entity responsible for their collection;
6. be informed by QSP if it intends to process personal data for purposes other than those for which consent is given herein.

DATA RETENTION
