Cláudia Rocha

Cláudia Rocha has nearly 29 years of consulting experience, having led numerous projects and developed extensive expertise across a wide range of sectors and business functions. Throughout her career, she has worked with both public and private organizations in the areas of strategy, restructuring programs, investment, modernization, innovation, and economic development.

She has extensive experience supporting public- and private-sector clients across multiple industries in addressing their most complex challenges, including transaction-related engagements. Her expertise includes leading projects involving strategic planning, purpose-driven transformation programs, value creation analysis, market entry strategies, business model reviews and organizational design, commercial due diligence, carve-out and integration processes, feasibility and socioeconomic impact studies, business planning, and more.

Cláudia Rocha holds a degree in Economics from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto. She also completed postgraduate studies in Corporate Finance at ISCTE Business School and in Financial Analysis at ISEG – Lisbon School of Economics & Management. In addition, she has completed several Executive Education programs in Strategy and Management at INSEAD, Kellogg School of Management, Nova School of Business & Economics, and Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics. She is also a graduate of the INSEAD Chief Strategy Officer Programme.
