António Martins da Cruz is the President of the Oeiras Valley Investment Agency and an international consultant, with an extensive career in diplomacy and government.

He previously served as Minister of Foreign Affairs and represented Portugal as an Ambassador to NATO, the Western European Union, and Spain. His experience also includes serving as Diplomatic Advisor to the Prime Minister from 1985 to 1994, directing the European Integration Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and holding positions at the United Nations, as well as in Egypt and Mozambique.

Currently, he presides over the International Policy Leadership Foundation in Brussels, the Luso-Spanish Foundation, the Portuguese-Turkish Business Council, and the Strategic Council of the Luso-Chinese Chamber of Commerce.

Recognized for his contributions to economic and financial affairs, he is an Academic Member of the Royal Academy of Economic and Financial Sciences of Spain.
