Cecília Silva is Associate Professor with Habilitation at the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto (FEUP) and Director of CITTA – Centre for Territory, Transportation and Environment Research. She is also co-coordinator of the Urban Mobility Transitions Working Group of NECTAR.

She is a specialist in Urban Planning and Mobility Management, with a primary focus on the development of sustainable, inclusive, and livable cities that enhance citizens’ quality of life and urban experience.
