Marta Leite Castro

Marta Leite Castro has built a television career spanning nearly 25 years. After 13 years dedicated to entertainment, she specialized over the past decade in the production of business-focused audiovisual content, as well as moderating debates and hosting corporate events as a Master of Ceremonies.

With a background in Multimedia Journalism and a degree in Corporate Communication, she hosted the weekly program Network Negócios on RTP Internacional for seven years, showcasing the stories, products, and services of more than 500 successful Portuguese companies, both nationally and internationally. She later presented the documentary series Marcas com História on CNN Portugal.

She is also the founder of the digital platform N360, guided by the motto: “If you have a business, you have a story. Let me tell your story!” The platform stands out for its interview formats and the production of business-focused video and written content. Between 2020 and 2021, she was invited to teach the Digital Content Creation module at ISEG.

Currently, she is the creator and host of PM+ – Pequenas e Médias Empresas com Futuro! on the SAPO portal, a digital format dedicated to SMEs, as well as the Radar N360 series. She also develops her own branded events through N360, including Networking Sessions and Talks N360.

At CNN Portugal, she hosts the weekly program Pitch, dedicated to the world of brands and global business creativity.

Marta Leite Castro is among the Top 10 most followed women on LinkedIn in Portugal and serves as an official Ambassador for World Creativity Day and representative of the World Creativity Organization in Portugal.
