Manuela Vaz is currently President of Accenture in Portugal and a member of Accenture Iberia’s Executive Committee.

Previously, she served as Vice President of Accenture Portugal, with responsibility for the Retail, Consumer Goods, and Transportation industries—areas she has led since 2017—while also overseeing the Porto office.

With more than 25 years of experience in consulting, information technology, and operations, Manuela began her professional career at Accenture in 1994 as a consultant serving the consumer goods and energy industries. After several years, she left to pursue a personal project and returned in 2007 as a Senior Manager in the Products practice (Retail, Consumer Goods, and Transportation).

Throughout her career, she has been responsible for developing Accenture’s business across multiple industries, leading complex transformation projects for leading national and international organizations in digital transformation, process reengineering, and organizational design.

She holds a degree in Systems Engineering and Informatics from the Universidade do Minho. Manuela is 54 years old, married, and the mother of three children.
