Rui Carmona holds a degree in Business Management and Administration from Universidade Católica Portuguesa.

He began his career at Renova in 1998 in the Sales Department. In 2001, he joined Vileda as a Key Account Manager in Portugal and later in Spain, progressively taking on greater responsibilities in Sales for the Iberian market. In 2013, he was appointed Sales Director for Portugal and later expanded his role to oversee the Spanish market. In 2023, he was named General Manager for Iberia.

Between 2019 and 2022, he led Vileda’s brand strategy for the Supermarket channel across the European market. He is also a member of Centromarca – the Portuguese Association of Branded Product Companies – and the GM’s EMEA Cluster South FHCS.
