Luis Quintiliano is a leader convinced that companies must generate a positive impact on society and the environment. He is currently President of McDonald’s Spain, the leading company in the restaurant sector through sustainable and responsible growth.

During his extensive career in senior executive positions and general management experience, he has been Vice President and General Manager of McDonald’s in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Louisiana and Arkansas. He has also led LATAM Airlines for all domestic markets: Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Peru, Colombia and Ecuador. He has also been responsible for the strategic direction of Walmart for Latam; and has held positions of responsibility in prestigious consulting firms in the U.S. such as Booz & Company.

He holds a degree in industrial engineering from Centro Universitário FEI in Brazil. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University and an Advanced Management Program from Harvard Business School.

Above all, he is a husband and father.
