With a well-established career across sectors such as Information and Communication Technologies, Banking, and Retail, he has also served as an advisor to the President of the Republic and the Government of Portugal, contributing to the development of policies and strategies in key areas.
He holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, an MBA from NOVA School of Business and Economics, and advanced training in Cybersecurity in the United States.
