Filipa Roldão

Filipa Roldão graduated from ISEG and has developed her entire professional career at Renova, where she actively contributed to the development and international expansion of one of Portugal’s most recognized consumer brands. Currently serving as the company’s Marketing Director, she combines strategic vision, strong consumer insight, and a comprehensive understanding of the fast-moving consumer goods sector.

Throughout her career, she has been involved in initiatives that expanded Renova’s presence across international markets, reinforcing the brand’s global positioning through consistency, innovation, and a multicultural approach. Fluent in four languages, she is driven by the challenge of taking a Portuguese brand beyond national borders and fostering meaningful connections with diverse consumer segments.

Filipa is the mother of three children – aged 22, 20 and 15 – and places significant value on family as a key element in achieving balance between personal and professional responsibilities. As part of a family-owned company with over 80 years of activity, she has gained a 360 degree perspective on the dynamics and challenges of managing an SME. An avid reader with a strong interest in travel and brand strategy, she draws inspiration from both everyday experiences and global market trends.

Committed to generating positive social impact, Filipa serves on the Board of a nonprofit social institution, dedicating time and expertise to causes she considers essential. For her, creating meaningful impact is a guiding principle across all dimensions of her life.
