Carlos Martín Carrión

Carlos Martín Carrión is the current General Manager and Vice President of Franchise Operations for Coca-Cola Iberia (Spain and Portugal), a role he has held since May 2023. He has built a remarkable career within The Coca-Cola Company, holding key international leadership positions.

Born in Spain, Carlos Martín joined the company in 2020 as General Manager for Argentina, Paraguay, and Uruguay. In 2021, he took on the role of Vice President of Operations and General Manager for Colombia and Venezuela, where he successfully led a sustainable business transformation. He drove an ESG agenda with concrete actions in areas such as plastics, water, and community support. Additionally, by expanding the company’s Total Beverage Portfolio into new categories, he positioned Coca-Cola as a strong market leader in Colombia, achieving record-breaking volume, revenue, and profits.

Before joining Coca-Cola, he held various national and international positions at Saint-Gobain, P&G, and Danone, where he spent 20 years and led a team of more than 1,500 people in Brazil.

Carlos Martín Carrión holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the Autonomous University of Madrid and a Marketing degree from Cesma Business School in Madrid.
