Ana Vargas Santos, author of the book Atenção na Era da Distração (Attention in the Age of Distraction), holds a degree in Organizational Psychology from the University of Coimbra and Université Paris Descartes. During her academic journey, she lived in Paris, Portland, and Brussels, where she interned at the Council of the European Union.
A Human Resources consultant since 2009, Ana has worked with large Portuguese and multinational companies, guided by curiosity and a constant desire to learn.
In 2020, she founded Yellow Pad, specializing in research, study, and knowledge development related to people’s growth within organizations. She regularly writes opinion articles and a newsletter exploring our relationship with work.
