Inês de Castro

With around 30 years of experience in people management and Human Resources, Inês describes herself as deeply passionate about discovering talent, developing people, and creating environments where learning, creativity, and growth can flourish in an authentic and sustainable way. Over the past eight years, she has focused on integrating technology into people management, contributing to the development of more innovative, conscious, and human-centered organizations.

In her most recent role as Head of People at Worten, she led a team of more than 30 professionals and strengthened the connection between technology and truly people-centered leadership. She holds a degree in Social and Organizational Psychology from ISPA.

Beyond her professional career, she is the mother of two boys, who are her greatest source of inspiration. The beach is her place of choice—where she finds serenity, inspiration, and energy.

Writing and storytelling are also an important part of her life, serving as forms of expression and connection, allowing her to give voice to experiences and build meaningful relationships through words.
