Alexandre Rodrigues

Alexandre Michels Rodrigues is a Professor, Consultant, and holds a PhD in Communication Sciences, with an emphasis on Metacommunication and Applied Neuroscience to Business from Universidade Lusófona de Lisboa. For more than 20 years he has worked on developing advanced high‑performance strategies, integrating Neuroscience, Applied Psychology, and Artificial Intelligence for organizational transformation and human development.

He holds a Master’s degree in High‑Performance Team Management from UFRGS, HEC Paris, and EADA Barcelona, an MBA in Business Organization, and training in Computer Graphics in Canada at the CTI – Computer Technology Institute in Toronto, as well as studies in Business Administration and International Trade in Brazil.

He is the author of reference works on Artificial Intelligence applied to business, law, and marketing, with multiple titles published on Amazon. He is founder and CEO of DNA Corporativo, a global consultancy specialized in Neuroscience, AI, and Psychology applied to Business, and partner and CTO of Doctor I.A., a Health Tech company that develops Artificial Intelligence solutions.

His work centers on transforming human behavior as the basis for organizational performance, using AI for predictive behavioral analysis, personalizing leadership, sales, marketing, and management strategies.
