Javier Beneyto

Javier Beneyto Benavides is a seasoned hospitality professional.

Currently and for almost the past two years working as Executive Board Member and Managing Director Hospitality & Tourism at Fladgate Partnership. Oporto, Portugal. Managing all the group´s hotels and tourism units.

Previously, he worked for almost 12 years as the Regional Director for COMO Hotels & Resorts, an ultra-luxury hotel group known for its high-end properties around the world.

During his tenure at COMO Hotels & Resorts, Javier held various roles, including General Manager at COMO Metropolitan Miami Beach, Area GM for COMO Hotels in Bali, Indonesia, and Regional Director for its units in the UK (COMO Metropolitan London, COMO Metropolitan Residences, COMO The Halkin in London & Monarch House in London).

Before joining the Singaporean Hotel Group, Javier worked as Hotel Manager at the Villa Magna Hotel in Madrid (currently Rosewood) for nearly 4 years. Javier started travelling the world at a very young age after and during university and held different managerial roles in the hospitality industry in Canada for over three years and Dominican Republic for almost two and a half.

Javier’s career in hospitality is marked by his experience in managing luxury properties around the world and his ability to navigate the complexities of the industry on its different locations.

He holds an International Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management (Honors) along with a Master’s Degree in Hotel Management together with a EURODHIP Certification and most recently a GMP Program at Cornell University.
