Isabel Tavares

Isabel Tavares is the General Manager of Sales, Marketing & Brand at The Editory Collection Hotels, a brand she created and has led since its inception. With nearly 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, she is responsible for the brand’s strategic development, positioning, and growth across Portugal.

Throughout her career, she has worked with leading hotel groups such as Pestana Hotels & Resorts and Hoti Hotéis, where she led multidisciplinary teams in sales, marketing, product development, and new projects. Her approach combines strategic vision with a strong focus on organisational culture, human experience, and brand impact.

She is also the co-creator and resident speaker of Elas Inspiram, a platform that gives voice to women leaders across strategic sectors and will soon be turned into an inspirational book. Isabel holds a degree in Management from the University of Porto’s School of Economics and has established herself as a prominent voice in purposeful leadership, brand culture, and commercial transformation.
