Gonçalo Tavares

With a career focused on people development, business growth, commercial strategy, and go-to-market execution, Gonçalo Sousa Tavares combines strategic vision, a people-centered mindset, and hands-on experience in both multinational and local companies.

He holds a degree in Management and Business Administration from the Portuguese Catholic University, a postgraduate degree in Marketing from ISEG, and executive education in Strategic Leadership from Columbia Business School and ISEG, as well as in Management, Leadership, and Digital Transformation from Católica Lisbon School of Business & Economics.

He is currently CEO of Reorganiza, one of Portugal’s leading financial boutiques, with the mission of improving financial education and financial freedom for families across the country.

He also serves as Vice President of Business Development and Go-to-Market Strategy at Freshio, a company operating in the sustainability sector, developing air and water purification solutions through ionization, as well as solar lighting solutions for highways.

In his previous professional experience, he led teams and transformation processes in sectors such as Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (Beiersdorf – NIVEA), where he served as Country Manager and Board Member and was also part of the Centromarca Board, as well as in the Telecommunications sector (Vodafone). He brings over 25 years of experience in Management, Business Strategy, Business Development, Commercial Strategy, Shopper Marketing, and Product Management.

In addition to his corporate career and driven by his purpose of helping as many people as possible grow, Gonçalo Sousa Tavares also teaches in the areas of Business Strategy, Commercial Strategy, Shopper Marketing, and Negotiation.
