María Alvarez-Santullano Fernández-Trigales is an international Human Resources leader with extensive experience across fashion, retail, and high-growth global environments. She is currently Fashion Talent Director at Parfois, where she leads the global talent strategy and organizational transformation, working closely with executive leadership and the product and brand teams.
