Beia Carvalho

Beia Carvalho is the Founder of Five Years From Now®, a futurist speaker and digital nomad at 71, who inspires audiences to envision their businesses, companies, and lives in the future. Beia addresses the inadequacy of 20^th century mindsets in navigating today’s complex world.

Her motto is “Stop Innovating in the Past.” With humor and sharp insight, her talks contrast the outdated paradigms of the 20^thcentury with the emerging mindsets of the 21^st. For some organizations, updating their mindset to the third decade of the 21^stcentury means advancing by 30 years — as incredible as it may seem, that’s what the market reflects every day.

This transformation must begin with a deep Human Revolution — within each of us and all of us.

Beia has been recognized for her creativity with four Cannes Lions awards. She was a partner and Vice President of Strategic Planning at two advertising agencies in Brazil. She received the “Excelência Mulher” award in 2010 and was named HR Personality of the Year in 2019.

Beia holds a degree in Advertising from ECA – School of Communications and Arts at the University of São Paulo (USP). Since 2023, she has been living between Europe and Brazil as a digital nomad, inspiring people of all generations.
