Kate is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with Master Degrees in both Organizational Psychology (City University of London) and Business Management (Macquarie Graduate School in Sydney).
Kate Bravery is Mercer’s Global Advisory Solutions & Insight Leader. She has over 25 years of experience – in Asia, Australia, US and Europe – helping organizations achieve a talent advantage through their people.
In her current role, she supports Mercer’s thought leadership, talent advisory and colleague enablement agendas. She has held office, practice and market leadership roles in various countries and prior to her current position she was the Career Global Practice Leader and before that the Growth Market’s regional practice leader for Talent Strategy and Organisational Performance.
She is the author of Mercer’s annual Global Talent Trends study, works closely with the World Economic Forum on talent and workforce related topics and is a frequent speaker on a number of topics, most notably the Future of Work. After recently returning from Hong Kong, She now lives in Brighton in the UK with her husband and two children.
