Graduated in Economics from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto, Duarte Araújo also has several postgraduate courses, where the International Management Program at the University of Lausanne stands out.
After 10 years with responsibilities in finance in many textile companies, he joined the Finnish multinational company Uponor in 1991, which he left in 2004 as Iberian Peninsula Delegate Administrator.
In 2005, was named Administrator of São João Hospital (Porto), and in 2010 Director of Porto Lazer and PDONT - Neutral Television Operator (Porto Digital).
Since 2011 he is Consultant at Multipessoal, and within those roles, he has performed the function of Administrator at Alert, Administrator of Esfera Saúde Group and he is Consultant at Viriato - Hotel Concept.
